Ever since the School was established in 1988, its educational target has been to develop a business theory that meets the dynamic changes of business environments and global trends that enhance the business practices required in the field of business management. Also, the School has been paying great attention to re-educating the decision makers of local entities in academic-industrial collaborations.

30 professors of the School have been training and educating the leaders of local industries and governments in the areas of business administration, accounting, management information, and international trade. 750 graduates of the School have established themselves as leaders in the local communities, faithfully fulfilling their roles. On the one hand, an emphasis is placed on practical business and case studies, while on the other hand, students are educated in the theoretical foundations in order to cultivate talented people required by the local community and broaden the internal business sense through various training programs designed by the School.
