The School enables the students to grow as a specialist of public medical health. Also the School provides them with the opportunity to form a network connecting the hospitals and the experts of health and medical care in the local community. The School welcomes those who want to improve their capabilities as a leader of public health.
The School opened a master’s degree course for an entrance quota of 20 majoring in Public Health Management and Environmental Public Health in Sep. 2009 to cultivate the experts who will play a leading role in the area of public health in the local community and make a contribution to social development. The night course takes two years and six months at the Nursing College in Chilam Campus, where the professors of the Nursing College, Medical College and Veterinary College educate and train the students.
The master’s degree holders of the School are working at hospitals, public health clinics, National Health Insurance Services, elementary, middle, and high schools, Health Environment Research Institutes, and Agricultural Technology Institutes, etc.
