They will be given professional education and training centered on the field, convergence and integration education connected with the fourth industrial revolution, construction infrastructures through practical technical education.
It fosters high grade landscaping specialists who can carry out outdoor planning, design, construction, management, ecological restoration and urban regeneration.
It provides environmental engineering centered on the research, education and practical technology of convergence and integration linked with environment and climate change under new knowledge of industrial society and the fourth industrial revolution.
It establishes a theoretical knowledge base on developing friendly material used for human dwelling and life environment and ergonomic design and construction according to the requirements of the industries concerned.
The Department helps the students learn the latest theory and practice for English teaching as a tool of International Language and it fosters them to be an expert of applied English language.
The Department trains the students to have understanding on the history of tea culture and its philosophical ground and sufficient scientific knowledge on making and cultivating tea to lead high level tea culture.
Four basic ideas of the Department are “Spirit of Frontier, Enhancement of Internationalism, Whole-rounded Education and Serious View of Realism” and it tries to foster experts having broad view points on a global level and deep concern about the local community based upon the four basic ideas as above.
It studies new technology of the bio industry creatively for actual application and fosters high grade experts in the area.
The students learn unit technology related to machinery, electric and electronics and computers required for information oriented industry society and they will grow to be a qualified leader with ability in the area.
It aims at fostering the experts in the child related study based on the knowledge about pedology, early childhood education, family science and counseling studies to carry out in-depth activities in the areas. The students understand overall environments in which the family, community and culture of the children are involved. They will increase their capabilities of the specialists in child development and education as a professional counselor. Their ability to develop related programs is increased to develop the potentiality of the children and they will concentrate themselves on the education for the parents to solve their problems about the children.
It cultivates theory and professional technology to manage the forest resources efficiently and fosters qualified forest engineering leaders who can execute practical works concerned actively.
