In order to help university students' high-quality university days and successful career development, the center conducts professional career consultations based on surveys on GNU students. Various supports and programs are being developed to improve competitiveness in job-taking and post-career-development. If you want to set your future career and actualize it successfully, you have to seek help in this center during your university days.
Providing instructions for job-taking and career development, related skills and competencies, recommended jobs, and information on employment, the center operates more job-taking support programs and career consultations. On Floor 1, GNU Convention Center, the center has supportive spaces: AI Interview Room, Job Cafe, Study Rooms for Job-taking Clubs, Employment Information Search Room, etc.
'Field Practice' is GNU's regular subject with credits. Designed to be friendly to industry-academy cooperation, the subject lets students experience actual job duties at workplaces in person in order to increase work skills, their adaptation abilities, and their employment competitiveness. In operation of the field practices, the center covers work such as finding practice entities, matching students and entities, and more supportive duties.
By connecting and integrating support functions for employment and business foundation, this center brings information on central-governmental policies including 'Successful Job-taking Package' and 'Young Internship Program' to students at GNU, with no necessity to separately visit the government-established employment centers. More specifically, the center operates career development programs, events for 'Day of Recruiters and Job-seekers,' job fairs, etc. to provide information of employment or business foundation for the young. Also, the center conducts instructions about how to access Worknet website services and its occupational personality tests, how to operate group counselling sessions, etc. In addition, the center surveys on demands for human resources training from corporations in regionally specialized industries, and results of which are utilized as information to assist employment, capability development, and business foundation.
