Human Rights Center

Human Rights Center at GNU conducts activities of education, PRs, etc. to preemptively prevent human rights infringements such as sexual harassment or assault among the university members. When incidents of those infringements happen, the center supports fair investigation and procedures to resolve them.

What the Human Rights Center does

1. 01Receive reports of human rights infringements (sexual harassment/assault) by the GNU members, and conduct counselling on them
2. 02Investigate and process the reported cases in accordance with the regulations of the center
3. 03Protect the victims of human rights infringement (sexual harassment/assault)
4. 04Support the victims of human rights infringement (sexual harassment/assault) with psychological/medical/legal assistance in cooperation with other relevant organizations
5. 05Conduct counselling and education for the assailants of human rights infringement (sexual harassment/assault)
6. 06Conduct survey and research on human rights infringement (sexual harassment/assault) in these days
7. 07Publish guidelines and relevant materials to prevent human rights infringement (sexual harassment/assault)
